  • 1:00 p.m.: WAFP Annual Meeting convenes
  • 1:05 p.m.: WAFP Foundation Family Medicine Educator of the Year presentation
  • 1:15 p.m.: House of Delegates Call to Order
  • 2:45 p.m. (approximate): First Session adjourns
  • 2:50 p.m.: AAFP Fellowship Convocation
  • 3:00 p.m.: Reference committee hearings
  • TBD: Reference committee reports released as soon as they are ready
  • 6 p.m.: Family Fun Night (at the Hilton Garden Inn)

Saturday, May 9, 2026

  • 7:30 a.m.: Breakfast
  • 8:30 a.m.: WAFP Foundation annual meeting
  • 8:45 a.m.: HOD second session
  • 10:55 a.m. (approximate): HOD second session adjourns
  • 11 a.m.: Swearing-in of new WAFP leaders
  • 12:00 p.m.: Lunch
