Cascade Medical (CM), a Rural Health Clinic and critical access hospital, located in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the Cascade Foothills of Central Washington, is looking for a full-time Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician to help care for our growing community.

Patient Centered Medical Home certified, our rural health clinic offers a supportive, friendly atmosphere for staff and patients. Ancillary services available at our facility include lab; radiology; physical, occupational, and speech therapies; and screening endoscopies. We do not perform obstetrics.

This position's primary function is outpatient clinic responsibilities that include primary care management, in a team-based care environment, with a mixture of urgent care appointments with a high level of provider autonomy, and it offers opportunities to admit and oversee care for patients in our hospital. We're looking for a candidate who is interested in providing high quality healthcare to individuals and families, with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.

  • 1.0 FTE / Four days per week
  • Full benefits and competitive salary with bonus structure

  • Warm hand off structure to psychologist, social worker, and dietician
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with patients and multiple team members in multiple disciplines.
  • Experience with geriatric care desired

Pay Range: $262,080-$264,160 per year

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 403b, 457b, life, AD&D, LTD, PTO (10.15 hours per pay period based on 40 hours worked per week), CME, IDI and SD.

This is a safety sensitive position that will require a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.
