The American Academy of Family Physicians invites members to fill out an anonymous, 10-minute survey on salary, benefits, and work satisfaction. Your responses will help build a database that, when launched, will be searchable by state, gender, and other factors, allowing members to compensation for peers in similar professional circumstances.
The survey will be open until Nov. 10.
“With the information this tool will provide, members will have greater power to negotiate improved compensation,” AAFP executive vice president and CEO Shawn Martin told AAFP News. “At the same time, the AAFP will continue to push for payment that reflects the value you bring to your patients and communities.”
More submissions from WAFP members means a more robust picture of family physician compensation in Washington. Please take a moment to fill out the survey today!
