2026 AAFP Leadership Conference (NCCL and ACLF)

The AAFP hosts its annual Leadership Conference — comprised of the National Conference of Constituency Leaders (NCCL) and Annual Chapter Leader Forum (ACLF) each spring in Kansas City, MO.

NCCL brings together members from member constituencies to network and propose new policies for the AAFP. Those constituencies are:

• women;
• BIPOC;
• new physicians (those within seven years of graduating residency);
• international medical graduates (those graduating from medical schools outside of the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico);
• and LGBTQ+ physicians.

Physicians who are supportive of and aligned with the issues faced by each constituency are also welcome to represent WAFP at NCCL.

WAFP sends delegates and alternate delegates from those constituencies; if you’re ready to attend, submit your application today! The WAFP Foundation supports a select number of second- and third-year residents to attend NCCL as well.
