Chadwick Featured in AAFP’s Family Doc Focus

Tree Chadwick, MD, a second-year resident at Swedish First Hill in Seattle and the resident trustee on WAFP’s Board of Directors, was featured in the latest installment of AAFP’s Family Doc Focus.

Chadwick will also serve as the resident chair of FUTURE 2026 (formerly AAFP’s National Conference), which will take place in Kansas City, MO, July 30 and Aug. 1.

In the article, she talked about her past experiences at the then-National Conference and what she hopes residents can gain from the conference.

“I walked through the Expo Hall and talked to a bunch of different residencies and had some really good conversations,” Chadwick told AAFP News. “It really was a determining factor for me, helping me create my list of places to apply. I got interviews because of those encounters. I received contacts from different residents and was able to keep in touch with them throughout the process. I was grateful for that football field length of booths you get to walk through to figure out what is a good fit for you.”
