Local Chapters

The Academy has 17 component chapters, each made up of one or more counties. (Residents and students have statewide chapters).

Chapters support members; foster connections among physicians, residents, and students; and strengthen family medicine through advocacy and community service. Local chapter leaders organize meetings, manage resources, and encourage attendance at the annual House of Delegates for the chapter.
