Lead exposure is still a significant and preventable threat to children’s health. You’ll strengthen your understanding of testing, risk factors, and actionable levels. We’ll discuss symptoms of lead poisoning in adults and help you work effectively with public health officials. - Social determinants of health, Ruaa Hassaballa, MPH, MA, Health Equity Strategist at AAFP and PhD Candidate
Learn how to use the social determinants of health screening tool, identify key social factors affecting patient care, and connect patients with community resources. The session is collaborative and attendees are encouraged to share practical strategies for supporting wraparound care.
