Registration for the WAFP Foundation's 2025 Student and Resident Retreat is closed; due to high demand, we have reached capacity at the hotel for attendance.

If you are interested in being on a waitlist for attendance in the event of other cancellations, please let us know by completing this form.

Retreat Schedule

Lodging and registration: To help defray the costs of the event, registration and lodging costs are as follows:

  • Registration only (no lodging): $25
  • Double room (registration included): $40
  • Single room (registration included): $70

Change of plans? Refunds will be granted until Jan. 8, 2025.

Hotel: Icicle Village is the primary hotel. If demand for rooms exceeds availability, WAFP Foundation may book registrants into a different local hotel or close registration.

Schedule note: Session registration is not guaranteed; WAFP staff may reassign session attendance based on capacity (but we'll try our best to honor your selections)!
