The WAFP Foundation's Student and Resident Retreat will return to Icicle Village in Leavenworth!
Lodging and registration: Registration and lodging costs for attendees are as follows:
- Registration only (no lodging): $25
- Double room (registration included): $40
- Single room (registration included): $70
Change of plans? Refunds will be granted until Jan. 8, 2026.
Hotel: Icicle Village is the primary hotel. If demand for rooms exceeds availability, WAFP Foundation may book registrants into a different local hotel or close registration.
Schedule note: Session registration is not guaranteed; WAFP staff may reassign session attendance based on capacity (but we'll try our best to honor your selections)!
Retreat check in begins at January 24 10:00 AM and Retreat ends January 25 at 10:15 a.m.
