Marcus Riccelli was first elected to the state legislature in 2012, and he represents the 3rd legislative district of Washington, centered in Spokane. Rep. Riccelli serves on the Health Care & Wellness committee in addition to the Capital Budget, Transportation, and Rules committees. He is also a member of the State Telehealth Collaborative and the Family Medicine Education Advisory Board, which helps guide the state’s family medicine residency programs. Rep. Riccelli was also instrumental in the establishment of the WSU Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine.

Outside his duties with the legislature, Rep. Riccelli is a Project Manager for CHAS, the Community Health Association of Spokane.
