Why Should You Listen to the Recordings?
Is this for you? It is if you have
- wondered why your organization makes decisions that seem to be inconsistent with the goal of providing excellent patient care,
- puzzled over why your feedback or suggestions rarely lead to meaningful change within your organization,
- thought your employer made short-term decisions to the detriment of good long-term outcomes,
- believed your ideas aren't being heard, or
- wanted to present an improvement idea that will resonate with healthcare executives.
WAFP membership has a majority of employed physicians. And, in our latest membership survey, you told us it is difficult to influence your work environment for the benefit of your patients and your own work satisfaction.
The WAFP Professional Affairs committee crafted this CME series to address those concerns. This is a pilot program, so we'll ask for your help to refine it. Please email your suggestions to info@wafp.net.
Let's learn together to make meaningful change in our workplaces.
