RESOLVED, that the Washington Academy of Family Physicians (WAFP) advocate for a graduated primary care loan repayment scale based on full time equivalents (FTE) on the state level through programs including, but not limited to, the Health Professional Loan Repayment Program, in conjunction with other interested stakeholders and organizations, to expand loan repayment options beyond categorical definitions of full-time (FTE 1.0 and above) and part-time (FTE 0.5-0.9) and be it further

RESOLVED, that WAFP delegates present a resolution to the AAFP Congress of Delegates that asks the AAFP to advocate for a graduated primary care loan repayment scale based on full time equivalents (FTE) on the federal level through programs including, but not limited to, the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program, in conjunction with other interested stakeholders and organizations, to expand loan repayment options beyond categorical definitions of full-time (FTE 1.0 and above) and part-time (FTE 0.5-0.9) and be it further

RESOLVED, that WAFP delegates present a resolution to the AAFP Congress of Delegates that asks the AAFP to provide support for state-based chapters of the AAFP interested in pursuing a graduated primary care loan repayment scale based on FTE on the state level, in conjunction with other interested stakeholders and organizations to expand loan repayment options beyond categorical definitions of full-time (FTE 1.0 and above) and part-time (FTE 0.5-0.9).
