DESCRIPTION:The AAFP hosts its annual Leadership Conference ( https://www.aafp.org/events/aclf-nccl.html ) — comprised of the National Conference of Constituency Leaders (NCCL) and Annual Chapter Leader Forum (ACLF) each spring in Kansas City, MO.\nNCCL brings together members from member constituencies to network and propose new policies for the AAFP. Those constituencies are:\n\nwomen;\nBIPOC;\nnew physicians (those within seven years of graduating residency);\ninternational medical graduates (those graduating from medical schools outside of the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico);\nand LGBTQ+ physicians.\n\nPhysicians who are supportive of and aligned with the issues faced by each constituency are also welcome to represent WAFP at NCCL.\nWAFP sends delegates and alternate delegates from those constituencies; if you’re ready to attend, submit your application today ( https://wafp.net/get-involved/apply-to-represent-wafp-at-nccl/ )!
