DESCRIPTION:WAFP is partnering with the Washington State Hospice & Palliative Care Organization on WHSPCO’s annual clinical conference at Campbell’s Resort in Chelan. The theme for the 2026 conference is Centered in Care.\nOver two days, the conference will offer 9.25 hours of CME (AAFP accreditation is pending). A full schedule of sessions is available on WHSPCO’s website ( https://wshpco.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/DetailedScheduleAug26.pdf ).\nWAFP members can attend both days for $535 or one day for $315.
